• This Pi-side admin page reads ledger data from the public VPS ledger service.
• Individual cast ballots are not decrypted on this screen.
• Challenge ballots are logged but excluded from the tally.
• The displayed totals are obtained by homomorphically aggregating encrypted one-hot vote vectors and decrypting only the final sum.
• Blockchain entries preserve immutable record hashes and transaction history for auditability.
• The hash-check box can be used to verify whether a given BID from a vote log or challenge summary exists in the public ledger.
